LDLEWILD RIVERFRONT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION

Idlewild Riverfront Condominium Association is located at 2845/2855 Idlewild Drive along the beautiful Truckee River in Reno, NV.

The complex is comprised of 84 units split between two locked three-story buildings that are separated by a community clubhouse featuring a free community library and seasonal pool & spa. The community offers gated underground parking, exterior visitor parking, and garage bike storage.

The monthly Association Assessments do not cover Property Tax, Unit Owner’s or Renter’s Insurance, Sewer Fee, Electricity or Gas for the Unit.

Mailbox keys are not handled by the USPS or the Association. All keys should transfer with the prior owner. If keys to mailboxes are not available, owners are responsible to contact a locksmith to have the lock replaced.

Building fobs are available for a $100.00 deposit, garage gate openers are available for a $35.00 deposit, Pool/Spa/Clubhouse Keys are available for $20.00. You may purchase any of the above during normal business hours via check or money order payable to Idlewild Riverfront I.

The Board of Directors meets monthly except December to discuss association issues and projects.
