ROCKCHUCK SUBDIVISION

Rockchuck Subdivision is comprised of four custom built homes that are located on Plumas Street in Reno, Nevada 89509. The Association Assessments are billed as required based on Association expenses.

The Association expenses include professional management fees, landscape maintenance, snow removal, driveway maintenance, irrigation for the common area and common area lighting.

The Association does not cover utilities or property taxes.

The Association elects a chairman annually and all four members are very involved in the day to day decisions of the community.
