SUN MESA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Sun Mesa Homeowners Association is located in the northern Reno area and consists of 104 single family homes. The remaining 37 acres of the subdivision is currently available for the development of up to 103 homes. Sun Mesa features desert landscaped stucco homes; some with views of Mt.Peavine, Mt. Rose, and the surrounding valley.

The monthly assessment of $35/month is paid quarterly. The Association expenses include professional management and financial/accounting responsibilities; the common area master insurance premium; the landscape maintenance contract for the entrance monument, the rockery walls, the storm detention pond, two drainage easements; common are irrigation water, electricity, and property tax; and the maintenance of the perimeter community fence.

Any Exterior Modification, including front and rear landscaping changes, within the Community is subject to Architectural Committee Review. Architectural Review packages, available in the Forms section of the website, must be submitted and approved prior to making exterior changes.

The Board of Directors is comprised of five volunteer homeowners who meet bi-monthly, except December, to make decisions on behalf of the Community and conduct the business of the Association.
