REMEMBER TO BE BEAR AWARE!!! Only place trash cans out the day of pick up and promptly return them to your storage area. Bears rummage through trash cans looking for food, so remember to take heed and stay bear aware!

Welcome to Sunridge Subdivision Homeowners Association. We are a small homeowners association comprised of 21 custom homes and one lot located atop Mt. Rose, off the Mt. Rose Highway at Sunridge Drive. The community includes addresses on Sunridge Drive, Sunridge Court East, and Sunridge Court West.

The Association has Board of Directors consists of five Association members that volunteer to conduct the business of the Association. The Board of Directors meets quarterly to make decisions on behalf of your community.

It is important that every member of the community sign a Point of Use Agreement with Rosemont Water, the water provider to the community. If you have not signed up, please contact your Community Manager for a copy of the agreement.
